*** Thai Spicy Noodles


  • 7 oz wide rice noodles
  • 1/4 onion, sliced vertically
  • 1/2 bell pepper, sliced
  • Protein
    • 12 oz cooked Chinese or Korean sausage
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup bean sprouts
  • 2 green onions, cut into one-inch pieces
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tp vinegar
  • 2 tsp Sriracha chili sauce
  • 1 Tbsp of cooking oil
Cook the rice noodles per package instructions.

Heat oil in the pan, add garlic and stir until golden, then add chicken/calamari/sausage, green onions, and noodles. Add the egg and mix everything well together and season with sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, and chili sauce.
