- 2 large eggs
- 4 egg whites
- 1/4 cup fat-free milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- 4 slices firm or day-old whole-wheat bread
- 1/4 cup maple syrup (2 Tbsp each serving)
- dusting of powdered sugar
Spray a large nonstick skillet with butter-flavored nonstick spray. Place over medium heat until a drop of water sizzles. Add the bread and cook, turning once, until golden brown on both sides, 2-3 minutes.
Makes 2 servings, 9 WW PointsPlus each.
