- White rice
- 1 lb ground beef (or spicy Italian turkey sausages)
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 can tomato soup
- Red pepper flakes (optional)
Brown meat, drain fat
Brown celery and onion
Add kidney beans and soup
Salt to taste
Simmer about 30 mins.
