*** Whipped Cream


  • 1 cup heavy cream, chilled
  • 2 Tbsp confectioners' sugar
With an electric mixer on medium-high speed, whisk cream in a well-chilled bowl until soft peaks form. Add confectioners' sugar, and whisk until medium-stiff peaks form.
