- 1 large egg, separated
- 1/8 tsp cream of tartar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar (100 grams)
- 1/4 cup half-and-half (60 mL)
Topping
- 1/2 cup half-and-half (120 mL)
- 2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk (160 mL)
Whipped Cream Frosting
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream (120 mL)
- 2 Tbsp powdered sugar (13 grams)
