- 5 oz canned chunk albacore tuna in water, drained
- 1/4 cup fat free mayo
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup sweet red pepper, chopped OR a jar of diced pimentos
- table salt
- black pepper
- 4 pieces whole wheat bread, toasted
Mix all ingredients except toast. Make a sandwich.
Makes 2 sandwiches, 7 WW PointsPlus each.
