*** Tuna Salad Sandwich


  • 5 oz canned chunk albacore tuna in water, drained
  • 1/4 cup fat free mayo
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup sweet red pepper, chopped OR a jar of diced pimentos
  • table salt
  • black pepper
  • 4 pieces whole wheat bread, toasted
Mix all ingredients except toast. Make a sandwich.

Makes 2 sandwiches, 7 WW PointsPlus each.
