*** Krabby Patties


  • 16 oz imitation crabmeat, chopped to a rice like consistency in the food processor
  • 3 scallions, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp dill, dried
  • 1 1/2 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1/4 dried bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • Flour, for dredging
  • Vegetable Oil, for frying
Salad makings
  • box of herb salad mix
  • 2 oz crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 Tbsp bacon bits
  • 3 Tbsp x 4 servings Lite Thousand Island dressing.
Mix all the ingredients, except for flour and oil, well

Shape mixture into 8 patties

Refrigerate for 1/2 hour or longer

Dredge each patty in flour, coating thoroughly

Fry patties until nicely browned

Serve with the salad ingredients.
