*** Blender Hollandaise


  • 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt (1/2 tsp if using unsalted butter)
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
Blend lemon juice, salt, and yolks. While running the blender on medium high, pour in the butter in a steady stream. You should have a thick sauce.

Makes about 3/4 cup, 28 WW PointsPlus total.
