- 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt (1/2 tsp if using unsalted butter)
- 3 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
Blend lemon juice, salt, and yolks. While running the blender on medium high, pour in the butter in a steady stream. You should have a thick sauce.
